For those customers that need to use our products for a professional use , Opera - Karaoke now offers the possibility to buy the license rights for performances/recordings. The amount of the purchase will be $100 for each aria.
You can use our accompaniments wihout buying the license in these cases:
- For personal enjoyment at home or on a portable music device such as an iPod
- Upload video on Youtube (however you should indicate in the description that ou are using our backing tracks and insert a link pointing to our site)
- Live performance for non professional use (with friends, etc.)
- Demo Cd recording for personal use
- For use in any type of in-class or student project that you will not sell, give away, distribute or broadcast
You must buy the license in these cases:
- Enterprise and company uses
- For TV show production, trailer, preview, intro, extro or header
- For embedding in any product for sale
- Use of the track during a professional live performance
- Every case in which you make money using our products
However some limitations remains:
- you cannot sell, resell, re-license, sub-license or give away tracks on their own
