 Q: What are the "Karaoke" and the "Professional" packs?

A: We put at our clients disposal, to be immediately downloaded, two different kind of products for the same aria: the Karaoke Pack and the Professional Pack.
The "Karaoke Pack" is aimed at opera fans or classical singers wanting to experience the emotion of singing the most famous opera arias, either for personal accomplishment or to spend a pleasant evening in the the company of friends and includes the Piano accompaniment track and the Karaoke CD+G file. For those classical singers instead who would like to improve their knowledge of a specifica aria, it is possible to download two other useful learning tools; a "Vocal Line Track" and a "Diction Track", both found in the "Professional Pack" (please note the Professional Pack also consists of the Karaoke Pack, in other words, includes the piano accompaniment and the cdg file).

 Q: What kind of files do you sell and how many programs do I need to play/view them?

A: Basically, we offer ready for download two files types:

• The files that have a .mp3 extension (The extension defines the file "type", eg text file, executable file or graphic file and is determined by the last three letters of the file name, .txt .jpg .zip .mp3 etc.), contained in both the Karaoke and Professional Packs are audio files that can be reproduced on the computer using a normal multimedia player. Every operating system like Windows Xp or Mac OSX has a multimedia player program (Windows Media Player, Apple ITunes etc.).
• the other type of file that we offer is the cdg file or the so called karaoke file. This file, to use together with the audio file, contains the text of the aria which illuminates in syncronisation with the music. For the users of Opera Karaoke it is enough to extract the contents of the Pack you have downloaded in a directory of your choice (usually Desktop or Documents) and use a program like Karaoke Builder Player or or Karafun to reproduce this type of file. Mac users can use a program like Kjams Lite.
• Opera-Karaoke group all the files ready for the download in a single zip file. To extract this type of file you may have to install a utility like Winzip, even though nearly all Operating Systems are capable of extracting this file type without installing other programs.

 Q: Can I make a request?

A: Sure! If your looking for a certain song and can't find it any where, fill in this form and Opera-Karaoke, for only $49.99, will produce it for you, otherwise, send us an email at suggestions@opera-karaoke.com , if the aria will be requested by other people we will add it to our Catalog.

 Q: Do you sell, or will you have the intention to sell, products relative to other musical genres?

A: No, actually we are focusing our interest only on the operatic repertoire. We have planned in the near future to add to our Catalog some opera roles.

 Q: Can I use your tracks for professional purposes (Commercial Cds, professional performances etc)?

A: You have to pay a fee for using our tracks for commercial purposes. More informations here.
